Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins, an American-Mexican sportscaster. She is currently employed by ESPN as a anchor for SportsCenter and occasionally host SportsNation. She started working at ESPN at the end of 2016. Her mother is journalists on TV Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins was a bilingual since the age of nine years old. This is a beneficial skill that helped her secure her first position as a production associate at Univision in Miami where she had the chance to collaborate with producers of national programming like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. They eventually moved to Mexico City, where Antonietta Collins was born in November of 1985. She is older than her sister. In 1992, the family relocated from Mexico and moved to Miami. In 1992, her parents separated following which, in the year 1995 she was remarried Fabio Fajardo, an engineer in the naval sector who died in 2006 after suffering from kidney cancer. She stayed at Canton Ohio with her older sister over the summer, in which she was offered the chance to get a job. Antonietta was a senior high school student However, she had a clear idea of her goals for the future. She visited Mount Union University to see if it was a good fit for her. The result was that she loved the campus and they had the program that she had been looking for. She graduated from high school and was accepted at the college for a degree in media studies. The professor she had was Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM, and was student in her class, built a relationship that lasted for a lifetime with the student. The professor who taught her Mark Bergmann inspired her with his enthusiasm in journalism. Also, he deeply affected her.
