Monroe was launched in October of 2010. Butler began shooting the thriller psychological The Stranger Within alongside Estella Warren and William Baldwin in Mallorca Spain in November 2011. Butler joined the film's cast in Los Angeles of Treachery, starring Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12, 2012. Butler appeared as a character in The Demented, a 2013 horror movie with Michael Welch, Kayla Ewell and Michael Welch.
